The yellow and black of Deflandre.
Founded in 1898, Stade Rochelais has long oscillated between the top flight and the second division before establishing itself among the greats of Europe. On May 28, 2022, at the Marseille Velodrome, they defeated Leinster 24 to 21 thanks to a try from Arthur Retière scored just seconds before the end: it's their first title in the Champions Cup. A year later, in Dublin, they face the Irish on their home ground, overcome a seventeen-point deficit, and win 27 to 26. These two victories bear the signature of Ronan O'Gara, who joined the club in 2019 as an assistant before taking on the sporting direction in 2021.

La Rochelle plays at the Marcel-Deflandre stadium, where the yellow and black fervour fills the stands match after match. The stadium pays tribute to the memory of Marcel Deflandre, president of the club and director of the Raffinerie du Midi, who joined the Resistance in the Honneur et Patrie network. Arrested on October 9, 1943, he was executed by the occupying forces in Bordeaux on January 11, 1944. The venue was named after him on March 23, 1947. The yellow and black colours are now inseparable from the city: on title-winning nights, it's by the Vieux-Port, between the Chain and Saint-Nicolas towers, that supporters gather to celebrate their players.
Supplier of the club since 2021, adidas offers the home and away jerseys in the same designs in adult and child sizes: the young supporter wears exactly the colours of their favourite players. For a child, rely on their height in centimetres rather than their age, and leave a few extra centimetres for the children's jersey to last more than a year. For adults, the jersey designed for supporters offers a comfortable fit in your usual size; if you prefer a looser fit for chilly evenings at Deflandre, go for a size up.

Yes, they reached the championship final in 2021 and 2023, losing each time to Stade Toulousain. In 2023, a try from Romain Ntamack in the seventy-eighth minute denied them a double with the Champions Cup.
About sixteen thousand seven hundred. Season tickets are highly sought after and most matches are played in front of a full house, making Deflandre one of the most intense atmospheres in the championship.
The home jersey is worn at Deflandre, while the away jersey is used for matches when the opponent's colours may clash with yellow and black. Both share the same cut and sizes for adults and children.
It features the same colours, crest, and design as the adult jersey, in a cut that is tailored to fit children. Only the size range varies, allowing young fans to wear the kit of their idols.
Wash it inside out, at thirty degrees, with similar colours and never with white or new fabrics that bleed. Avoid fabric softeners and tumble drying, and let it dry in the shade to prevent the yellow from fading.
