Our Castres Olympique page brings together the official products of the CO: adult home shirts and children's home, away, and third shirts. It retraces the history of the Tarnais club, champion of France in 1949, 1950, 1993, 2013 and 2018, showcases the Pierre-Fabre stadium and gives our tips for choosing the right size, especially for a child.

The titles of 1949, 1950, 1993, 2013 and 2018

The Castres Olympique took its current name in 1906, when its rugby players left a multi-sport club to create a structure fully dedicated to their sport. Crowned in 1949 and 1950, the CO reached the top again in 1993, against Grenoble, at the end of a final that remains one of the most debated in history. It lifted the Bouclier de Brennus again in 2013, against RC Toulon, and then in 2018 against Montpellier, after qualifying in sixth place. These titles won without being favourites have forged the reputation of a fighting club, formidable in the final phase.

Pierre-Fabre stadium, one of the smallest venues in the Top 14

Castres plays at the Pierre-Fabre stadium, one of the smallest venues in the Top 14 with about twelve thousand five hundred seats. Long known as the Pierre-Antoine stadium, it was renamed in September 2017 in tribute to Pierre Fabre, a local pharmacist and founder of the pharmaceutical group of the same name, and a long-time supporter of the club, who passed away in 2013. The stands are very close to the pitch, giving the stadium a fearsome acoustic, making every reception a challenge for visitors, even the best-equipped in the championship.

Kids' home, away and third shirts: what size?

The kids' shirts of the CO come in home version, blue and white, away version, and third, the third kit that the club uses when the first two kits clash with those of the opponent. The kids' sizes are usually displayed by age; however, it is advisable to refer to the actual height in centimetres and to leave a bit of room around the chest so that the shirt lasts more than one season. The adult home shirt, in supporter cut, should be chosen in the wearer's usual size.
