The Serge Blanco polos.
The brand was born in the early nineties from the association between Serge Blanco, who was finishing his career in Biarritz, and Jean-Jacques Lauby, a former physical education teacher turned textile industrialist from Toulouse. Its starting point was a robust and colorful rugby polo, which Jean-Jacques Lauby initially presented himself to shops all over France. The logo reflects this origin: a polo embroidered with the number 15, that of the fullback. The first shops opened in 1994, and the founder's children, Lionel and Elsa, joined the family business in 1997.
The polos are also available by brand:

The brand's polos are recognizable by their high-colour cotton pique and their rugby-inspired details. The embroidery and prints feature numbers, badges or field patterns; the loop pile appliques, this textured fabric similar to sponge, add volume to the logos; the contrasting elbow patches adorn the long-sleeved models. Depending on the styles, the fit is either straight and comfortable or more fitted, with short sleeves for summer and long sleeves for mid-season. Plain or filled with patterns, they reflect the casual chic style that has made the brand famous.
The brand's straight cuts are chosen in your usual size; for fitted models, check the size guide and go up a size if you prefer more ease. The embroidery and appliques withstand lukewarm water well: a wash at 30 degrees, polo turned inside out and fastened, protects the relief and the collar. Avoid the tumble dryer, which shrinks the pique and stiffens the loop pile, and dry the polo flat or on a wide hanger to avoid marking the shoulders. The iron should be used on the reverse side, never directly on an applique or print.
