ProSelect Multi-Function Press

The ProSelect multi-press is the most versatile instrument in the Body-Solid line. With its integrated functional arms, the GMFP-STK allows vertical chest pressures and inclined and declined pressures from a seated and adjustable position. Then switch to the other side and perform shoulder pressures from a standing position. Equipped with 180° rotating pulleys, this unit can be used with a Swiss ball for stability exercises. This uniquely designed instrument is perfectly adaptable for home use and also for light commercial applications. The movements required require stabilizing muscles for all pressure exercises.
