The GFT100 Functional Trainer from Body-Solid is a versatile, reliable and space-saving functional trainer for gyms, home fitness centers and garages.

The GFT100C Functional Trainer is built with two 72.5 kg batteries, but can be upgraded to two 95 kg or 140 kg batteries. The protective caps on the weight stacks are very elegant and offer additional safety.

The double weight stack design allows isolated movements and a balanced workout. The GFT100 from Body-Solid features a 1:2 stack-to-resistance ratio, allowing weights to be adjusted in smaller increments for amazing range of motion.

Perform flys, presses, squats, lunges, shrugs, rows, curls, extensions, press downs, crunches and more. Add an optional bench or stability ball Body-Solid for a wider variety of exercises.
