Christopeit Elliptical trainer CT 3

The stable elliptical bike features an elliptical bike with a approx. 7 kg magnetic braking system and a whisper-quiet flat belt drive, ensuring a silent workout with good running behaviour. The pedal resistance is adjustable in 8 levels via the resistance regulation. The computer is very user-friendly with a large LCD screen, compatible with tablets and smartphones. The built-in manual pulse sensors in the handle can be used for pulse training. The non-slip pedals ensure a stable foot position while pedalling.

Home fitness training with the CT 3 means: a full-body workout, regardless of the weather, with forward and backward movements. The combination of the trainer and stepper allows for appropriate physical training for the muscles, shoulders, and arms. This therefore includes targeted cardiovascular training or endurance training with pulse monitoring. It can lead to improved metabolism, muscle strengthening, and thus an improvement in overall fitness levels.
