The cage is also equipped with the following elements:

• A bar holder that is used to put down and stabilize the bar during training
• Safety supports that ensure that the exerciser does not have to worry about lowering the weight. They are also perfect for deadlifting
• Safety belts that are attached to the cage frame to cushion the bar if it falls and increase safety
• Monolift, allowing you to perform barbell squats in a safe and comfortable way. The system has a mechanism that locks and loosens the bar, so you don't have to take a step when removing the bar
